The T’luina Company has implemented this policy in respect of our clients.  

 

Internet orders: Internet orders that are processed using PayPal have privacy policies that are just as strict. PayPal has a separate privacy policy, which are independent of our own policy. The T’luina Company is not liable for these independent policies or practices.

 

Shipping: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS or the most efficient carrier for your area. Allow 5-10 business days for Standard delivery or Express within 3-4 business days if requested. Any orders received on Friday, weekend or holidays are processed the next 1-2 business days. Shipping cost includes handling fees.

 

 

Returns/Exchanges: Request for returns or exchanges should be directed to Customer Service in order to receive a credit or refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service 1-888-310-7556 or by email cs@tluina.com in advance. Items maybe exchanged or returned only within 30 business days of receipt of item. Returns must have all labels affixed and the name of original purchaser in original packaging with an invoice copy. Once item is inspected and is not returned as received by The T'luina Company there may be a  fee of up to 5-15 percent deducted from refund amount. Refunds will not include your shipping and handling fees and refunds will be made to original purchaser.  Allow 1-2 billing cycles for refunds 4-6 weeks. Any items that include or contains any perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged. No returns are accepted on seasonal merchandise and NO returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS all sales are final on SALE ITEMS and sesonal items.

 

The Information We Collect: The T'luina Company collects from you the necessary information, such as name, email address, address and payment information, to process orders.  At The T'luina Company, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to assist us in processing orders.

 

We Do Not Share Your Personal Information: The T'luina Company does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This information is for our private records only. We restrict access to your orders to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Personal information is not available to any third party via our website or through other means.

 

Spam Email and Use of Email Addresses: We make every effort to minimize the amount of email correspondence you receive from us. We do not share or sell your email address to any third parties.

 

Use of Cookies:  The T'luina Company uses cookies to enhance your shopping and browsing experience and keep track of your order information. The cookies we use DO NOT store any personal information such as your e-mail address, street address or phone number.

 

Merchandise: The T’luina Company may give an age limit on dolls as a courtesy, according to the clothing and style of the doll. It is the customer’s decision to purchase any item that they feel meets any age limit if the purchase is for any child. The T’luina Company produces quality items and inspects all merchandise. Once sold The T’luina Company is not responsible for any loose items on the dolls or any harm that may arise from handling of the dolls or any other merchandise sold. The T'luina Company reserves the right to subsitute any item within gift basket assortments at equal value.

 

Authenticity Tags and Stamp: Tluina’s Dolls and merchandise exclusively designed for The T’luina Company have attached authenticity tags and/or stamp. All other products may accompany stamp.

 

Warranty: Limited lifetime guarantees on most jewlry and one year guarantees on most watches and clocks.

Information will be enclosed on warranty covered items.

 

Other Information: All items are subject to the availability. All prices and rates are subject to change. All orders are subject to acceptance or rejection by The T'luina Company.

Notification and changes: This policy is in effect as of September, 2005 and if we change our policy, we will post changes on this page so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Users should check this policy as needed to keep abreast of any policy changes.
